Bridges & Powerlines finished mixing their first fulll length with Alex Aldi. It was fun!
Seedy Gonzales were back in the studio doing some final tracking and mixing for their long awaited full length, due to come out on Gigantic Music. May 2007 April 2007 March 2007 My Best Fiend were in the studio for a week, recording a 7'' inch vinyl for Gigantic Music. We sent one of their amps to SxSW by accident. Les Savy Fav are halfway done with the recording of their next record with super-producer Chris Zane, which will resume in April. We put Looney Tunes™ bands-aids on our computers. They work again. Mixing for The White Rabbits' record "Fort Nightly", was finished by Alex Aldi. It was recorded by Billy Pavone, produced by Chris Zane, and is scheduled for release in May on Say Hey Records. Mixing for The Boggs' "Forts" was completed by Chris Zane, and is being released in May on Gigantic Music. Gregor Samsa were in the studio recording their second full length with Alex Aldi. Recording/mixing will resume in the Spring. Asobi Seksu were back in the studio recording and mixing a 7'' for the Gigantic Music 7'' series with C. Zane producing. Tracking and mixing for the forthcoming Shy Child record is done. Zane made it. Alex Aldi helped him make it. It was fun. I liked it. A++. KEXP is coming back into the studio in May. Third time is a charm. I'm tired. Swedish band Maison Blanche recorded and finished their record for Gigantic Music last fall. It will be released sometime in 2007.
Dragon's of Zynth are in the studio with Billy Pavone, mixing their forthcoming record, which is due out this Fall on Gigantic Music.
